Citizens Alliance for Progress, Inc.

through generous fund ing from the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County, and in partnership with Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, Inc. and St. Petersburg College - Tarpon Springs Campus will be offering career exploration and workplace readiness training to local students between the ages of *13-17 years old. This program will consist of hands-on workplace readiness training, teambuilding skills, goal setting, personal motivation, and field trips.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SUMMER CAREER INSTITUTE?

  • Explore STEM & Medical careers

  • Improve teambuilding and leadership skills

  • Learn about business planning and marketing

Youth *13 - 17 years

(*Preference Youth Ages 14-17)

Have at least a 2.5 GPA or higher

Maintains Satisfactory Conduct

Must reside in Pinellas County

Program entry is subject to approval. Completion of an application does NOT guarantee entrance into the program. All applicants will be interviewed and required to attend a **MANDATORY** Program Orientation on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. with a Parent/Guardian
